Registration fees include 21 % VAT.

*Price incudes a year IWSS membership
**Students need to acknowledge a proof of full-time study issued by their university to the IWSC 2016 Secretariat ( otherwise the full registration will be charged.

• Guided sightseeing Tour of Prague - Grand City Tour + Prague Castle + Charles Bridge
• Free public transport ticket (received on-site at the registration desk and valid within the dates of the Congress i.e. 19 - 25 June 2016)

What is not covered by the fee?

• Technical excursions EUR 50/ per person (tickets for technical excursions can be booked using our on-line registration system)

How to register

To register for the Congress, please fill in the On-line Registration Form

Please, simply fill in the Personal Data Form and a password will be sent to you by e-mail. Your password could be used for your payment, accommodation, reservation and for booking other services.

Upon receipt of the Registration Form and the payment, a Letter of Confirmation will be sent to the participants within three working days. Please, present the Letter of Confirmation at the Registration desk at the Congress venue to pick up your materials.
If you take advantage of the early bird registration rate, payment must be received by the
30 April 2016 deadline. If payment is not received by this deadline, the subsequent rate will automatically be applied.
Registration forms received after 17 June 2016 will not be accepted. Please do not send any registration forms or payments after this date. You will have the possibility to register in the Congress venue. The on-site registration will be available from 19 June 2015.

Visa Requirements, Invitation Letters

Letters of invitation to assist with Visa applications can be provided by the Congress Secretariat ( Invitation letters for Visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process including payment. Further information regarding visa requirements can be found here.
Visa applications are not the responsibility of the Congress organizer. Please ensure that you submit your application to the appropriate Embassy in DUE TIME. Letters of invitation WILL NOT be issued after 20 May 2016.

Name change (for groups only)

If you should be prevented from attending, an opportunity will be given to send a colleague instead of you. Name changes should be notified in written form ( to Congress Secretariat. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change.

Cancellations and Refunds

The Congress Secretariat must be notified by e-mail ( or fax (+420 284 001 448) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Symposium.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

All refunds will be made in July 2016.

Methods of payment

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

Credit Card

For payments through the On-line Payment System only MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club credit cards are accepted. These payments will be charged in EUR. Access to the Online Payment System is from the On-line Registration Form.

Bank Transfer

Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by 16 June 2016. After this date,  only payments by credit cards will be accepted (by using the On-line Payment System) as mentioned above.

All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. The payer pays the bank charges of their bank, and the beneficiary pays the charges of their bank, if any.
